Kapitolyo

Ask a Caviteño what one thinks about when hearing the word "Trece" and chances are it shall always be related to the Kapitolyo. For us long time residents of Trece, the Kapitolyo has been a normal part of our daily lives, we have somehow taken the structure itself for granted. But thinking from the point of view of an outsider, the Kapitolyo is a mighty fine edifice! And at night, its grandeur is just amplified. So for those who haven't seen the Kapitolyo for quite a while, it now serves as a park during nights and weekends where people can stroll, jog, lounge and do just about anything.

Kapitolyo, the physical structure, indeed a magnificent thing, and we are lucky to have it in Trece. 


P.S. I want to reiterate, I'm talking about the structure. :)
